Hi, my friend and I have been grinding all day to get a HEMTT, to transport copper, when we were done with mining and processing the copper, both of us were sniped without warning. 

The guy(s) took the money and the HEMTT itself. 

Is this considered as ban material? It was messed up to do that anyway.

If they didnt establish any kind of communication and you were not in a red zone then yes.  You generally need video evidence to submit a ticket to ban another player.  You can also use the same video, assuming there is one, to ask for comp.

Shame that I wasnt recording, but does the fact that the guy has a 2,000,000 bounty on his head help?
