I get around 70fps but what gets me is my game dropping down to about 30, which makes it freeze for like 2 seconds, and then back up. I got an ssd but that didn't fix it. What part of my rig is fuckin up? thanks

Check out the guides section for Lethal's master FPS guide. Haven't had this happen to me since then. Though, I also have a really good rig too, so your mileage may vary.
