  1. Let's put this to bed. 1. Patrolling is not an issue if high rebel activity is occurring. Based off of what @Zeuse posted. High rebel activity was observed prior to restart. 2. The engagement was "over" due to restart. However, the APD have the same existing knowledge that you have, as to where they are. So inevitably, the situation and can continue and start again. Thats why if an APD officer that can load lethals is lethals loaded, prior to restart, they can continue to lethal on the same situation at the start of the new restart. 3. Please see my 2nd post. 4. Don't bother putting a report in, with the evidence you've provided. Nothing was done wrong. I can tell you that I broke NLR 3 years ago but does that mean anything now? No. Unless you've got in game, video proof of someone breaking a rule. It is insufficient.
  2. Man, I'm all for exposing wrong doings and having meaningful discussions regarding them. However, when there is a group of people telling you that there was not a rule break, then you need to reevaluate your approach. No one feels attacked, everyone is annoyed with headline posts with little subject. If you don't have a solution or at least are willing to discuss one, don't make the post until then.
  3. Okay? That literally does nothing, even if you had a video. It does nothing.
  4. What rules did he break??? There is no set guideline on what high rebel activity is.
  5. Again, seeing them fly around and do that but not having context is not helpful. Look, if you're flying around in a hawk with 20 people on the server, it ain't cool. However, if you're chasing someone who's in a heli that you found. Then it's totally different. Player count shouldn't restrict as to when a hawk can be pulled, the situation is what allows it's uses.
  6. I think I'm tired of your gang doing nothing other than posting a limited amount of evidence to a concern that you have. I'm tired of your group bringing nothing to the table in regards to adjustments to the rules or even suggestions. If you want to go on the forums and complain about something, you better have an idea on fixing it.
  7. The majority of the players are in your gang. This would be like me bringing something up for a change and only Senior APD +1 it. You've got to politic and sell other people on your opinions or ideas. My concern is that the clip only shows the Ghosthawk being out. Doesn't give context to the situation at hand, nor to how many players were on the server at that time.
  8. So y'all wanted a discussion on this ghosthawk and now you're meming and changing the subject. If this doesn't get back on topic, I'm going to throw this in the category of hoes mad.
  9. Sorry, young buck. Your "joke" just looked like someone starting shit. So I figured I'd respectfully respond back. I forgot that no one makes posts with double meanings!
  10. Keeping the mean streets of Altis safe! Ah, but @Noahhh! brought it into conversation. So I clarified the change that was made. Don't get upset when I clarify something.
  11. Mind you, they can only be used at federal events where a blackfish is at.
  12. The APD has and always will be a zerg.
  13. We just added @Stuuurrt so things are getting better!
  14. @Ryan happy birthday man, I know things have been tough over the last couple of weeks but enjoy your day!

@TheCmdrRex happy birthday! Thanks for giving me a shot at corporal back in the day!

  15. @MontyStein my issue isn't talking to people, my issue is dealing with two kids screaming at each other before anything even happens on the admin side. That's why our system works as it is now.
  16. Sounds good to me! We've been doing it this way for 6 years. No need to change things now.
  17. I'm an admin, I'd rather not,
  18. That would involve us wanting to do that. Personally, I don't think we would bring someone on to staff to just being a mediator for every issue someone has. Support team is there to give out rule knowledge, their purpose is very similar without the ability to ban.
  19. What @CocoisDead didn't mention, is that admins do player reports too. He's pointing out that mod's main focus is player reports. I'd say a good chunk of admins do them. Just with the rona season, business has picked up.
  20. Personally don't see that working. That involves you getting the other person to join the support channel. Not to mention, it's hard for some of us to line up times to do the Conquest Events, let alone doing virtual courtroom daily.
  21. Please, submit reports if higher up members are breaking rules. I'm hearing a lot of talk, with no proof.
  22. I can tell you, that is a horrible idea and would literally require someone to be on 24/7 or in shifts just to do this. Personally, not going to happen. If you think you fucked up, comp. If you don't think you did, record a video and save in case you get banned. If you think someone broke and a rule and they don't think they did. Submit a report. Sorry, let me quit my job for Arma.
  23. If you don't know, this community is very toxic. It always has been and always will be. It's up to the administrative staff to control that to the best of our abilities. As for how players are treated? We give players more opportunities to have fun on the server now, more than ever. If your complaints are about tickets not being done. I get it, but aside from that. Things are getting than what they dipped to. I can tell you that is a fact with Senior APD and is going to change with Senior RNR making the changes they did recently.
  24. There are different types of staff. Do you want a person who is a designer and not a administrative staff member, handling your ban? Fuck no, nothing against them, but they aren't trained for it. Like, it's not hard to understand. But here's a break down: Moderators: Player reports and ban appeals Admins: Everything above and comp requests Seniors Admins: Handles escalations of everything above and staff internal issues Designers: Design things Devs: Dev things Contributors: contribute to devs or designers
