It's possible they are a bit behind on them. I would just wait a few more days and maybe submit it again if you hear nothing.

Only thing I can suggest is start recording when you play. If you record it and it's blatant rdm they will be banned. It also helps to record to show if you were/weren't rdm'ing yourself.

Sounds like a kid being a kid. Trust me when I say that probably wasn't the first time and it wouldn't be the last. Just report him and move on.
