So even if you're skinny as hell, don't eat when you drink, anything, you'll still develop a tolerance like any other substance, but the problem with beer is it's got a low ass alcohol content.
If you're to the point you have to drink a 24 pack to get a buzz, the kind of damage you're doing to yourself isn't even entirely from the alcohol. An alcoholics damage is from the alcohol (for the most part, i mean if you go driving thats another thing). Anyone person seeking alcohol who started with beer after getting a tolerance, will switch to higher concentrations like vodka and rum, for the alcohol. If you continue with beer it's not for that.

I drink vodka, white claw is alright kind of, but it's still at the same level, and seltzers just be icky gross with how low alc content they have going for them.
