the only reason we did not pick you is the candidates we chose have had more experience and stood out to me more during an interview. you are still a very good pick if more spots open up but this round of picks were full of great picks i had 50+ applications and you made it to the top 5, dont beat yourself up and keep trying it took me multiple applications to get senior R&R.
