It's actually a joke trying to do anything in Kavala because groups of 3+ people are always in the city terrorizing anyone that happens by. It's hard to take on a group that size with a P07. -

One run of meth with a hummingbird can result in around 400-500k. Pretty fast too. That's easy. What's not easy is going up against gangs of players who instantly have access to 7.62's upon the simple purchase of a license, and all you have is a P07. -

So we Vigilantes ask for Sting 9mm's at Tier 2 vigi because P07's suck and it's ridiculous just getting to that point, and in response, you increase Tier 3 to 50 arrests instead of 30, and keep the Sting at tier 3. You may as well just remove Vigilante from the server if you're going to nerf them so far into the ground that they're just completely unplayable.
