They know they have high ping and deliberately adapt their playstyle around exploiting a technical problem while publicly playing dumb denying that the very real problem even exists. Factually, they are not victims of anything. They were given a gracious opportunity for a whitelist exception. And with that, they have chosen to be predatory and abuse technical limitations every way they can to make the game more fun for themselves at the expense of others. It's time to cut the cord.

Rarely happens with Americans; regular occurrence with third worlders. American provided the PoV after I specifically requested it for the purpose of demonstrating the effects of latency side by side. Again, you don't have any actual argument. Do the math to add in the second license for another $7.125mil. the first 80 mushrooms an average of x12.5% faster (60 -> 40 for 5% bonus, 120->80 for 10%, etc) if it takes 1 second to process a mushroom, we've saved a grand total of ~10 seconds for $7.125mil Keep in mind, the bonus persists through multiple runs and doesnt benefit passed the first run. So how many first-run Hemmts does that turn it out to be? Like 2500 first-run HEMMT runs or over 120k mushrooms processed? Even if that second license was buffed to the point that you start off with the 20% bonus, you're only saving 40 seconds. It's fundamentally a stupid license. So how about changing the second license to something more interesting, like increasing the processing bonus cap and stacks up to 50% instead of 20%? Would need to process 600 mushrooms to get that maximum bonus. But then the following runs after a first HEMMT run you'd essentially be able to double pro for the time it takes to single pro. It's a big buff, but balanced because it's conditional on doing huge, consecutive, successful runs. *Also balanced by the fact, double pro'ing takes 50% more time to gain a 25% sell bonus which is half as time efficient- and this license change would just essentially remove that inefficiency on those conditional, consecutive, successful runs. Then buff the first license 10->25%. *10 HEMMTs to break even This is also not factoring in Cartels and cartel tax. Overall, this would increase competition over cartels, runs, and robbing simultaneously while taking pressure off of federal events without nerfing federal events - balancing player behavior/activity to have more variety. I'd really like to see these buffs done because they'd benefit the server allot.

you would have to do more of the run than the #1 runner for each resource to pay it off. And nobody will achieve that before the server dies in 1-2 years max. So not infinite and not in a reasonable time frame.

no the entire purpose of the license is to make more money. It only gives a bonus that facilitates getting more money. It should be a net positive or else nobody will buy it. There is no other purpose to civs. And the staff objective should be getting adv people doing runs and also makes robbing runs more prevalent as an activity; instead of feds being the only thing to do for the financially set civs.

I'm all for it. I'm personally never going to buy these licenses at this price for that small of a buff well you wouldnt be restricted from doing any other illegal run. Just the one is your specialty that you get a large bonus for should really be a hotfix update because its immediately dead content

Don't make me defend Jpostman. Jpostman will actually shoot you with a gun and give you a chance to retaliate. He also actually steals what he's robbing. You, Aegis, and other weirdos will destroy an event for the sole purpose of preventing someone else from getting it in the most uninteractive and avoidant way possible. Explosives have their uses, and ending an event + costing players tens of millions of dollars and hours of their time with no ability to defend/retaliate should not be one of them.
