We all want the server to be more alive, but I just don't believe this will do it. If you make the stats count, a lot of people will have incentive to start doing runs again to reach 50K, whether they start at 15K or at 35K. If you don't make stats count, 50K is way too high for 95% of the playerbase. Just look at the stats now:
Cocaine - 7 players with 50K+ sold, of which 5 still active
Frog - 21 players with 50K+ sold, of which 11 still active
Heroin - 2 players with 50K+ sold, of which 1 still active
Marijuana - 35 players with 50K+ sold, of which 21 still active
Meth - 7 players with 50K+ sold, of which 4 still active
Moonshine - 8 players with 50K+ sold, of which 7 still active
Mushroom - 25 players with 50K+ sold, of which 12 still active
That leaves 61 active players that would receive these perks for 'free' (even though they grinded like a bunch of degenerates)
The server has 600+ unique players every day, I don't know how many monthly uniques there are, but let's say at least 1000. That means less than 6% of the active playerbase would have these perks after years and hundres of hours of grinding. Maybe you don't want to hand these people extra perks without an extra grind, but starting the count from zero will render the advanced license useless for the majority of the playerbase for a very long time.
Perhaps if Marijuana is the baseline, and the other drugs are lowered accordingly, the numbers might look a lot better.
