Hey everyone, short list today.  Hopefully some cool stuff people will like!  As always message me if you have any ideas!   Idea: RPG Added to Warpoint Shop for 60 WP's Resolution: Approved Idea: MXSW Price Increases to 200k for the gun and 4k for the Mags Resolution: Approved Idea: 5.56mm suppressor decreased to 30 wp and 5.8mm suppressor decreased to 35 wp  Resolution: Approved Idea: Revamped Terror System Have to hack into radio tower Sends server message that the tower has been broken in to, timer starts Active redzone then(tower location), choose the city in which the terror starts in Server takes over the texts and will use the person who start the event as the people who engage.  Prompt about the rules. Civ Rep Roundtable 10/28/18

Hey guys, had a really productive meeting.  Got some great stuff to tell you guys about and stuff you'll hopefully be really excited for.  So let's get into it! Idea: All CSAT Ghillie variants added to Warpoint Clothing Shops Resolution: Passed Idea: All Tac Vests decreased from 25k to 10k, Flight Crew vests decreased from 30k to 20k. Resolution: Passed Idea: All MX Variants added to Weapon Shops, MXSW and MK18 added to Warpoint shops. General Price reductions in Warpoint shops 9mm supressor decreased from 20 warpoints to 5. Hunters, Striders, SUV's, Hatchback, and Box Truck added to Rebel Vehicle Shop. Resolution: Passed Idea: Remove the Ifrits, Striders, Hunters, and Armed Offroads from the BW Loot Table. Resolution: Passed Idea: Increase the chances that rare loot spawns at the Blackwater Robbery. Resolution: Passed Idea: Ability to get names easier when looking at ground vehicles Resolution: Potentially getting worked on Idea: Ability to get gang names underneath the driver's name on vehicles. Resolution: Denied Idea: Change the distance for 3 to 1 radius from 50 meters to 30 meters. Resolution: Denied Idea: HQ Takeovers extended to 30 seconds per death rather than 10 seconds. Civ Rep Roundtable 9/30/18

Hi everyone, today I will be presenting the latest info from the Civ Rep Roundtable from the staff meeting.  Take into account that some of these ideas or concepts will take time to develop so they will not be immediate changes to the server.   Idea: Remove Quilins and Prowlers from the server Resolution: Passed Idea: Add the CMR to the standard Rebel Shop for 75k Resolution: Passed Idea: MK18 added to Warpoint Shop Resolution: Passed, pricing TBD Idea: Move Pygros Rebel to between DP 23 and DP 24 Resolution: Passed Idea: Remove the rotating cartels and go back to a static cartel system. Resolution: Passed, Church, OG, and OG Mushroom will stay cartels.  Pygros and the other Peninsula Cartel will be removed, a fourth cartel location will be decided upon and will be on warzone island. Idea: Drug runner airplanes.  Go from airfield to airfield to drop off the drugs.  15k charge to start the mission, high amount of money out of it.  Auto charge when you to start the mission. Resolution: Passed, will take some time to develop more than likely.  The airfields will not be redzones and neither will be the planes themselves. Idea: Drive a vehicle from one chop shop to another one and get paid to deliver it to the chop shop.  There will be a timer and the vehicle will more than likely be a ammo truck. Resolution: Passed Idea: Add 5.56 and 5.8 Suppressors to the Warpoint Shop Resolution: Passed Idea: Reduce the price of Box Trucks and Zamak Trucks Resolution: Passed, prices will be decided on. Idea: New loot table for BW.  Adding crafting components.  Crafting components would be common(doors, tires), rare(armored vehicle parts ie:left or right gun for a Ghawk) Resolution: Passed Idea: Pilot helmets from RNR and APD added to the Rebel Shop. Civ Rep Roundtable 9/2/18

Hi everyone, @Matt The Savage and I are your new Civilian Representative's.  To continue what the previous Civ Rep's started, I will be posting the Civ Rep Roundtable posts a couple days after the staff meeting.  My recording did bug so there isn't any audio but I will go over what was talked about.  Hopefully this will be fixed for the following meeting. Idea: Buying insurance when purchasing a vehicle. Resolution: Passed, This will take sometime because of UI work.  Please be patient. Idea: Being able to purchase insurance on illegal vehicles. - @Colt had this idea Resolution: Passed, this is another thing that will take time.  All the details are still being ironed out such as what vehicles and the how these things will be done.  For one, armed aerial vehicles will NOT be able to have insurance added.  What was discussed is utilizing the Pharma to get illegal documents(1 or 2) would spawn after selling the Pharma, you would then take the documents and the vehicle to the Forgery.  Again, a lot of this might change so stay tuned as I will keep these things updated when they are decided on. Idea: Rewards for Holding a Cartel Resolution: Passed, like the others this will take time.  As we are still figuring out what the rewards would be and how they would scale.  The rewards would be for holding the cartel for intervals of 1 hour and would scale the longer the same gang holds it for 4 hour intervals.  The rewards are also being discussed to scale and multiply with how many other civs are on the server.  Money would be the reward.  Like I said with the previous idea, this is still a WIP and may change by the time it get's released. Idea: Remove the 30 minute addition to jail time if you disconnect or the server restarts. Resolution: Passed Idea: Ratio where Civ's tell the cops how many of them there are when doing a Federal Event and then the cops would be limited to a ratio of cops vs civs. Resolution: Denied Idea: Dirty Money like Asylum from cartels Resolution: Denied Idea: Armed boats spawn at the BW as an illegal vehicle. Civ Rep Round Table 7/22/18

Just like the last update,  you guys have a better idea what we Civ Reps do at the meetings and have a better understanding of the whole thing. I will be listing in the topics below whether the idea was Passed or Rejected. Add pilot coveralls to warpoint shop for 10 wp - Denied - They spawn 2 pairs in each bw crate   add tesmpest trans to truck shop - Passed   t4 on civ ghosthawks - Passed - it could have been a little buggy but it is supposed to be already in game   berets added to civs - passed - makes civs look amazing   New system for medic dope crates. This system would allow civs to purchase dope crates and have a cap of 12 dope usages at a time. Cops would be able to windows key the crate and disable the dope usage. - Denied - Dont think this would be a good addition or not needed at the current time of Olympus.     I am trying to get Bipod price of wp dropped from 10 wp down to 1-3 wp. Since I forgot to post a blog last meeting I will just say what mentioned last meeting 7/8/18   Federal event NLR removed form the innger circle only when killed by civs - Denied   Gang shed realtor - Pretty sure this got passed   Cop notifcations on Federal events so cops can know how many cops they will need for the event like a pharma circle update every 3-5 minutes that only tells cops how many people are with in the redcross hatch of the federal event - Denied - to complex   FTOs locking channels to avoid the server stack - Denied    50 cal price drop - Passed - next update 50 cals will be 750k   being able to see cops ranks in game - Denied   If anyone has any ideas or comments please feel free to msg me or leave a comment. Just like the last update, Jesse is recording our Civ Round Table Discussions for you all to watch and listen to so you guys have a better idea what we Civ Reps do at the meetings and have a better understanding of the whole thing. These events would be in-game events and other events like the gang wars. Event Manager Got - Denied   Ifirt pricing - The price of ifrits were dropped from 750k down to 650k. The reason being is to increase the people using them at cartel fights and just allow more people to purchase them without their bank bleeding. - Passed   Add a new Armed Plane Skin - This new Armed plane skin would be a Japenese Zero bomber skin. - Denied   Arms dealer rotate from church to og - It got passed when me and @Orgondo were civ reps. It got left behind with all the dev stuff so we readdress it. Dili said the scripts were a little fucking cancer to make the one cartel rotate between two caps so most likely won't happen. - Maybe   Forums notifications - These notifications would inform you that a staff member has replied to your support tickets. This would overall give better and faster feedback to support tickets. If this is able to be done, it will be done - Maybe   Make Armed planes only Purchasable at rebels - This is a way to keep players from buying them at a nonred zone and flying off without any risk. - Denied    Quillin Changes - I know this is the biggest change that people are looking for. I will only say things about the quilin changes. First off being is that staff wanted to remove the doors off the quilins. Thankfully we turned that shit down. Finally, The quilin price is getting buffed. Civ Rep Round Table 6/10/18

Just like the last update, Jesse is recording our Civ Round Table Discussions for you all to watch and listen to so you guys have a better idea what we Civ Reps do at the meetings and have a better understanding of the whole thing. I will be listing in the topics below whether the idea was Passed or Rejected, if it was rejected I will leave a timestamp in the section so you can go listen to the reasons as to why it was rejected.  Loadout saves - Loadout saves are essentially a way a getting geared faster and a new money dump. You can buy up to 5 slots 1st slot would cost 1 mil, 2nd slot is 3 mil, the 3rd slot is 5 mil, 4th and 5th slot would both be 10mil. These slots would be client sided saves if possible, for server sake. With these loadouts, you buy a MK 1 loadout and save it as loadout 1. Buy a mk200 loadout and save it as loadout 2. You would still be charged the X amount of money needed to purchase this loadout. - this did indeed get passed.   T3 security- T3 security is a 3rd tier security which would cost 100-150k upgrade. This upgrade would place a personal GPS on your vehicle everytime you pull it. - This got passed   disable gathering for crafting ingredients - Simply what the name is. People didn't want to gather crafting ingredients while gathering ingredients for a run. - denied, they can simply drop the crafting ingredients on the ground   Make the default item in Y menu 1 instead of 0 - denied due to server performance. People would spam 1 when buying something and it causes bad server performance. It being at 0 makes people enter in how much they want to buy and cause less stress on the server.   Increase seize limit on vehicles when drugs were searched in a vehicle by APD - denied   Add Titan Launchers and Rockets to warpoint shops - The launcher would cost 30 wp and rockets cost around 8 wp. - passed   Moving Cocaine black market getting moved away from the MSR - if we can find a better place to move it, then it will get moved so basically got passed.   Reduce the cooldown on the garage pull/interaction from 20 seconds to 10 seconds - denied, due to the fact that it causes major drops in server performances. In other words, do not be a cunt and spam your garage if you can not wait 5 seconds for it to load.   If anyone has any ideas or comments please feel free to msg me or leave a comment. Video Boost illegal area search time increase from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. - Tabled until illegal runs get buffed start of video discussion continues here   Clarifications on the illegal run buffs coming out start here Meth and Moonshine increased by 1k or so giving us wiggle room for the others. Heroin and cocaine increased. Frogs increased by another 1k or so. We are adding a second process which is purely optional. Example- Process weed into Blue mountain weed. Process cocaine into crack cocaine etc. You simply process for longer for a higher price. Civ Rep Round Table 4/15/18

This will be last Civ Rep Roundtable meeting for this current term. The Vidoe for the meeting is here https://youtu.be/yQ8vl1SC4_8      The HQ take over system allows civs to enter HQ and start a take over where the cop reinforcements are delayed by 3 minutes (Spawn timer increased to 2 minutes and 30 seconds plus the death screen timer making 3 minutes respawns) is a possibility to come after server performance and other things get done first.    BW buff https://youtu.be/yQ8vl1SC4_8?t=111 at this time stamp. I'm not gonna list the buff items since nothing is confirmed. The buff is not confirmed but is on the list possibility to add to the server.   More Civ related skins here https://youtu.be/yQ8vl1SC4_8?t=273 We never really went into too much detail on the skins but they did say the design team is already working on them.   Jail changes https://youtu.be/yQ8vl1SC4_8?t=323 the jail max time is based on your charges and right now max time is a 1.3 mil bounty. It will be max time at 2.5 mil bounty. So basically 1/2 the requirement to get max time.   New warzone rebel on the list of the list and hopefully be out by next updateish - Fusah   Jail bridge roof is going to be removed   Blackfish is staying at the current price.   As always if you have any ideas feel free to message the current civ reps. or comment down below. Civ Rep Round Table 2/4/18

The video will be blurred soon. Mainly the number of racism people have spammed my sheet. I can not do this thing called English so, bare with me. Weapons trafficking- you gather metal scrap and wood or 2 ingredients that weight 2 each then you go process those into illegal weapons and sell them for 7-9k per the location of this run would be from dp11 to neochrie/Theresa area we need anther illegal run. As of right now he main 2 illegals are meth and moonshine and if a big gang does them then the smaller gangs don’t have a chance to do them if the big gangs keep killing them. Civ Round Table 1-21-18

Just like the last update, Jesse is recording our Civ Round Table Discussions for you all to watch and listen to so you guys have a better idea what we Civ Reps do at the meetings and have a better understanding of the whole thing. I will be listing in the topics below whether the idea was Passed or Rejected, if it was rejected I will leave a time stamp in the section so you can go listen to the reasons as to why it was rejected. Remove Compact NVG from Blackwater Loot Pool/Add to Shops. *Passed* Add Titans to Blackwater Loot Pool *Passed*
  Different Colored Mk1s/Scopes *Maybe*: As it stands now it is a 'No' simply because it would require a complete new menu UI however it wasn't shot down so potentially in the future when Devs have some extra time on their hand.
  Ability to turn off Flashing Cop Lights *Passed*: The way to do this is still not completely set in stone but at least we'll have the ability to now, as we all know doing a Fed or a BW at night is a straight headache with all the mass amounts of cop cars and all their flashing lights. 
  #r (Reply) Messaging System *Passed*: This is simply a way to quickly respond to someone that has texted you and or send a message to another player by just typing #r and or #t Orgondo 
  Confirmation Box for Purchasing a Gun while already having a gun equiped. *Passed* #DeadpoolCantListen Starts at 9:20

  Cartel Cap Not Showing Contested at 100% *Fixed*
  Custom Character *In Testing*: Basically the Devs will test the custom characters out and see how they work with our messaging system, battlemetrics etc to see if there will be any potential risks and or complications with them. Currently no one is against the implication of the custom characters so wait and see what happens.
  Group Tags *Passed*: Not going to go into much detail on this because the implication of it is still being discussed so listen for yourselves and take it as you will. Starts at 11:45

Civ Round Table 1-7-18

So Jesse is recording our Civ Round Table Discussions for you all to watch and listen to so you guys have a better idea what we Civ Reps do at the meetings and have a better understanding of the whole thing. There is a APD and R&R Round table discussion as well however you will just be seeing the Civ side of things. I will be listing in the topics below whether the idea was Passed or Rejected, if it was rejected i will leave a time stamp in the section so you can go listen to the reasons as to why it was. A big thing for you guys to be aware of, this meeting Jesse forgot to turn on recording for himself that is why you can't hear any of his discussions unless it is through someone else's mic. Points that were mentioned at this meeting are the following: Gang Paychecks: Basically the gang leader could choose individual players or Gang Ranks as a whole to receive money daily to which the amount is chosen by the Gang Leader. Just a way to reward your members and use up some gang funds. *Passed*
  Confirmation Boxes: Nothing big, it's simply just a 'Are you sure' type of thing when you go to sell a vehicle in your garage or to Rob a Gas Station so you don't accidentally alert cops or prevent yourself from buying Redgulls etc. *Passed*
  Ability to turn in Contraband after 15mins: Most of you are aware of this issue where at 14:59 left in jail you are not able to turn in your contraband so all that time you just spent picking was for nothing. This change will allow you to still turn it in to get your time off your sentence but you obviously will not be able to continue picking. *Passed*
  Ability to see group/gang members on map while Processing/Picking: Quite simple and to the point, whenever you are processing or picking an item and you open the map you can not see any of your group/gang members until that Action has finished. *Passed*
  Redgull/House Search/Sieze Text: Whenever you pop a redgull or the notification pops up that a house is being seized it notifies you in the middle of your screen, the suggestions was to change the location of it because if you are looking through your Double Zoom in any scope it can block your view. *Rejected* (Jesse rejected this but his mic is not recorded) This is simply just not possible to move as it is a Bohemia thing and there is nothing Devs can do.
  Reduce CSAT Warpoint Cost to 4 from 5: Simple, reduce the cost of CSAT by 1. *Rejected* Discussion starts at 12:20.
  EpiPens Request from Gang mates show on Map: If your fellow gang mate dies and he 'Allows Epipen' it will show on the map via a marker. *Rejected* Discussion starts at 15:50
  Vehicle Warpoint Shop: Being able to purchase Ifirits, Hunters, Orcas at a Warpoint Shop. *Rejected* This was rejected however some potential future implementations were discussed, starts at 20:15
  Vigilantes at Gang Sheds and Warzone Island: Obviously we can not restrict players from going to certain parts of the map. *Rejected* There were ideas shared during this Heated discussion I will however let you guys take your two cents on the matter. Starts at 24:00 
  Pyrgos Pharmaceutical Location Moves, Cocaine Blackmarket and Pro moves, Shroom Field Move, Frog Pro Move: Sorry this was just basically all discussed as a whole, there is a potential map overhaul soon so not a lot of this was discussed with great detail. The beginning of all the discussion starts at 34:30
Pyrgos Pharmaceutical Location Moves was turned down for now until the event has been done more and we have a more accurate assessment of whether it needs any changes, Jesse provided most of the potential new changes but his mic as previously stated is muted in the video. Those changes included: Repairing of Escort Vehicles without Toolkit however it takes a little while longer, Spawning Escort Vehicles with Movement Tier. GPS Jammer used to slow the Location Update to other Civs and APD.

  Tempest Device Self Processing: Different versions and ideas of this were discussed however were Rejected. You guys can listen to all the different ideas yourself and put your own input in the comments below. Starts at 55:45 Well that was the whole meeting guys, I know I was more detailed about some things more than others but this was a long post and wanted to get it other with already. If you have any comments or your own suggestions towards any ideas said in the meeting please comment them and myself and the Staff will definitely be looking into them as options.
