Terror Changes

  • KOS for everyone 
  • Small WP reward for killing members of the gang that started the terror

Reduce the time it takes to scrap vehicles / items

  • Change Vehicle scrap timer to 1 minute
  • Change Gear/Virt scrap to 2 minutes scaling on the value of items being scrapped

Changes to Authorize Lethals during federal events

  • Remove the 10 at 10 rule and instead have it be based of proportionality
    • Would only affect CPL's as sAPD can still auth as normal
    • Would still require 10 minutes left on bomb
  • Prevents CPL's from authorizing lethals during federal events that clearly favors the APD 
    • the SDAR rule remains unchanged so one can always fall back on that if needed

Vigilante arrest storing price changes

  • Change the price depending on how many arrests you have (would only apply to T5)
    • 200 - 2m
    • 300 - 1.75m
    • 400 - 1.5m
    • 500 - 1m

APD:

Ability to scroll wheel redeploy like Medics at HQ's

  • 40s respawn timer
  • No combat
  • No nearby civilians
  • 5 cops or less on server

Ability for Corporal+ to grant parole rather than ticketing/jailing civilians. 

  • The time the civilian is on parole would be the same length of time that they would have spent in prison. 
  • Would work the same as parole currently does.
  • Corporals would have the discretion to grant parole the same as pardoning. Obviously, common sense would apply, the same as pardoning. 
    • Eg. a civilian with an escaping jail charge wouldn’t be able to be paroled, the same way as they wouldn’t be able to be pardoned. 
  • The civilian would pay 50% of their bounty to be placed on parole (would be split between close APD Officers as per usual). 

New APD Stats on Stats page

  • Cop deaths

Increase Blackfish (Infantry Transport) price from $1 mil to $1.25 mil.

Undercover APD Officers are reimbursed their loadout costs if they change from UC when there is an active Federal Event, Bank, Pharmaceutical Robbery, or Vehicle Yard.

  • Getting revives in between revives give a bonus to the medic mission. Max 50% increase. *numbers subject to change*

Civilian:

Changes to Pocket Parachute:

  • Reduce deployable height to 15 meters 
  • Introduce a hotkey to pulling the parachute

Reason for denial: Concerns about balance / cheesy gameplay and how it would benefit APD

Armored vehicle stacking during federal events changes

  • Disallow mass pulling of armor unless certain prerequisites are met
    • 10 minutes or less on bomb
    • The civilians doing the federal event has armored vehicles of their own
    • The civilians doing the federal event has a RPG
  • sAPD can still pull armored vehicles for personal use

Reason for denial: The current federal event stats do not support multiple nerfs to the APD

APD Lethal Changes for Redzones, Bluezones and Federal Events

  • Require 2 separate waves for lethals
  • 2 deaths in 2 separate waves

Reason for denial: Senior staff does not think this would impact anything and therefor did not wish to implement it.

APD Scout changes (federal events)

  • Require scouts to stay within the rings during federal events
  • Only applies when the bomb is planted / not blown / if not following the situation out

Reason for denial: Staff should not be banning in cases where intent is clearly shown and it does not take THAT much effort to ;apd and engage them.

APD:

Drug Raid Event

  • Abandoned properties spawn with a drug crate inside of them (crack houses).
  • Civilians have to interact with the crate to begin a 10 minute timer to unseal the crate. 
  • APD Officers can interact with the crate prior to civilians which also starts a 10 minute timer to seize the crate.
  • Once seizing has started the APD Officer that initiated the seize has to be killed to stop the seize.
  • If civilians interact with the crate prior to APD and the APD manage to make it to the crate the APD can interact with the crate initiating a 5 minute timer to seize. 
  • The Drug Raid Event can be called clear after a minimum of 2 minutes and be seized by the APD.
    • Once the Drug Raid Event has started to be seized APD does not have to stop seizing if the area is no longer clear.
  • The event is a redzone. 
    • APD Officers do not have to respond in waves (the reason they are placed a reasonable distance from a HQ). 
  • The same as Federal Events/Pharma/Etc. APD Officers cannot be robbed at the event. 
  • The event randomly spawns (40+ players online with a minimum of 3 APD Officers online). 
  • Civilian reward $3 mil.
  • APD Reward $1.5 mil if seized. 

Reason for denial: Already have a new event being worked on and there is not a need for more events at this current time.

Add short barrel shotgun to Corporal+.

Reason for denial: Long barrel already present and shotguns are already atrocious in the lag department + allows APD to have another gun that civs cannot rob and utilize as a taser

Increase titan rocket price from $150k to $250k.

Reason for denial: 🤡

Rework Armed Plane titan alerts to show more than 1 incoming rocket.

Reason for denial: Difficulty implementing

Thank god all that civ sided feds shit got denied, acting like they ain't got heaps of scrap to make rpgs to blow up armor waves.

Tbf the armor wave proposition would be void if a RPG was / is present and would allow for normal armor stacking which is mentioned in the suggestion🤷‍♂️
