Civilian:

Increase WZ Gear Airdrop Loot:

• Make changes to the airdrop's loot pool to make it more lucrative by taking out certain items / changing rarity on some.

Ability to select how much a tempest device mines:

• Ability to select "mine amount" instead of "mine from vehicle" and then type in a specific amount and the tempest would mine up to that amount.

Changes to Vigilante point shop:

• Vermin changed from T4 to T3 vigis (Will only be available for Renown Points)
• 9mm supp from 6pts to 4pts

Give T3 Vigis the ability to earn Points

• T3 Vigilante's will now be able to earn 0.5x Points

Rob all gear button to rob menu:

• Button in the "Rob Player" menu that allows you to rob the persons Backpack, Headgear, Uniform, Vest + Weapon in one go.
  • 1 minute timer to rob above mentioned sections.
    • This does account for nor rob the players money / y-inventory and would have to be done separately.

Decrease Kidney weight:

• Change weight from 25 -> 15

Revise the price of RPG Launcher in WP and Staff shop:

• Launcher - 75 -> 125
• Rocket - 10 -> 20
• Remove damage buff

 

Bank Changes:

• Reduce the virtual weight per bag from 6 -> 4

 

APD:

APD Dispatch history for the restart to the phonebook (R&R + Staff will have this available too)

• Will only show the message, not location.

 

APD legal processor reward.

• APD Officers can interact with legal processor NPCs if a civilian/vehicle is within 25 meters.
• Starts a 5 minute timer and the APD Officers defend the area. 
• If there are multiple vehicles the timer will increase to a maximum of 15 minutes. 
  • Eg. 2 Tempest Devices at Salt Processor would start a 10 minute timer. 
• If the APD Officer that initiated the NPC interaction remains alive when the timer ends the APD Officers in the area receive a payout split between them.
  • SUV - $35k split
  • Van - $50k split
  • Truck Boxer - $62.5k split
  • Zamak - $75k split
  • Tempest Device+ - $100k split
• If the APD receives the payout there is a 30 minute cooldown at that legal processor NPC that the NPC interaction cannot be initiated again by an APD Officer regardless of a civ being present. 

 

Scarp Yard Vehicle claim increase

• Timer increased from 15s to 60s

 

Lower the minimum civilian requirement to start APD Escort Events. 

• Medium 65 civs to 60 civs
• Large 80 civs to 75 civs

Denied Ideas:

Civilian:

WPL Version of Pharmaceutical

• Option on Pharmaceutical NPC only visible for people with WPL
  • Would start a pharmaceutical like normal but the notification sent out to players / apd would be different and indicate that this is a legal escort and not the standard pharmaceutical 
  • Checkpoints would be the same as normal pharmaceutical
    • Upon "delivering" only the person who started the event and their gang / group members within 250 meters would receive a pardon AS LONG AS they only have Manslaughter charges. (Would require person from x gang / group to be the one delivering the truck)
    • If the vehicle is "stolen" rebels would be able to deliver it like a normal pharmaceutical 
    • APD can partake in the event as "escort" but have to keep proportionality in mind + if the vehicle is stolen they can seize it like normal for a reward.
      • Would not reward more due to having WPL,
      • Prices compared to normal pharma would remain unchanged.

Reason for denial: WPL is for runs, a pharma without APD escort would not have sufficient resistance + could easily abuse by having a couple dudes switch WPL

Add WZ Drug Dealer:

• 25% sell increase compared to normal drug dealers
  • Also has 0% tax from cartels etc

• Adds more activity to Warzone
  • APD gets PC and may "raid" following normal WZ rules.
    • Get notification like BM capturing
    • Takes 10 minutes to capture
      • 4 cops online to capture– not required to respond
      • Must own it to sell at it

Reduce Cop Slots:

• 25 -> 18

APD:

APD Officers cannot be tazed and robbed or 3:1’d in WarZone.

Reason for denial: APD were just given more access & benefit wrt warzone and the civs don't want to extend that further here, we will respect their request. Being tased is just one of the risks of being a cop.

Vermin SMG to Deputy

Reason for denial: Things are pretty different from the last time this gun was considered “balanced” for deputies, we won't be giving such a strong weapon to them.
