You could say the same thing about the back pack and repair kit then also? So your comment makes no sense.

I know when you're gang has the proper tier you can have survival kits in any vehicle you spawn in. My thought is since it's a survival kit there should also be 1 full gas can spawn along with the backpack and repair kit. What are everyone's thoughts on this?
