cops: armed ghosthawks, MK1s, mar 10s, i think carrier special rigs, Sam turrets, free gear. no NLR...
and all we want is mk1s and RCOs.

Personally, I think it's because of the no SWAT back then, when there are excessively large feds and P.O.s and corps can't handle it, the "OP" sgt+ come on to settle the deal. Back then once you're sgt+ u don't play in-game as much as applications etc.

i mean im all for fairness, give the people who can use 7.62 the option of using an mk1 or mk18. why not level the playing field? i understand from an RP standpoint the mk18 does not look like a cop gun, but there are ways around that
