Forced respawn everytime I join server

Anybody know of a way to fix the issue when you get off the server and have to respawn after you join back? I've had the issue for the last couple of days and it hasn't changed one bit. Some said it would fix itself after a hard restart, but I've been on for 2 hard restarts and I still have the issue.

So a fix to this issue is have someone down you and then epi you. Go get dopamine and then do a soft log.
