That's just how fast his ethernet cord sends information, not how fast his internet is.

1Gbps is the speed that your ethernet cable is capable of, not the actual speed you're seeing. 

 

Your received bytes do not appear to be alarming. If you watched a lot of youtube or downloaded something during that uptime then it makes sense. My uptime now is about 2 hours more and its at 4 billion received bytes.

If your sent ever gets higher than your received, that's when you most likely have a problem, because it could mean you have some form of a botnet on your computer.

 

Most of the people here probably know that, but I said some stupid shit a few seconds ago and I need to feel smart ;^(
