Storage Crates

Is it possible for a player to gun down or glitch and destroy my storage crate?

They will glitch. After you place your crates, sync your data. Relog to ensure they hang around before you start cramming them full of Titans and shit.

I did. I logged sync'd and everything. The server even restarted then they were gone

A .50cal will destroy your crates...I had a bunch of guys see me go in my house they told me to get out after I didn't comply they let the .50 sing its song after all was said and done I died dead and my crate was turned upside down and I couldn't access what was inside but after server restart the crate was upright and I could access it again

I am aware that they can be destroyed temporarily. But its been two days

They can disappear for good as well. I lost a crate in my house near gravia even tho I had no issues for a week. If you have proof send in a comp ticket and get a new one.

They have a log but the comping was more so in regards to what's in side. They might not be able to see the contents on their end. It's always best to cover yourself and have proof.

Yes they said I have no evidence. I wasnt aware I needed to take pictures of my purchase. I wasn't even refunded the crate
