Southbound lane of Summerland, he was coming northbound. A fish fry was happening at a place at the corner of Old Palestine and Summerland. Old Palestine has a stop sign on each side but not Summerland. Dude full on never saw my car, was too busy waving at people at the fish fry and turned right into my car. Witnesses backed the story, and he even admitted to it. Fast forward to today. Progressive says total loss.
