What should I do to increase my frames, my frame rate is about 15ish frames per second. I have a gtx 570 gc and an I7 core processor.

Is your HDMI cord plugged into your gpu and not your motherboard?

I believe my hdmi is plugged in to the back of my computer

My ping is around 103

i7 doesnt tell us specifically what processor you have, going to assume its not a great one

is it plugged into the mother board slot or the graphics card slot, (both hdmi) mine has two also
