Chop shop help!

So I want to know how do I claim other people Vehciles so I can store away Iin my Garage, Any help?

You can only claim illegal vehicles. To claim them just scroll wheel to chop shop then click claim instead of the chop button. Illegal vehicles are the ifrit,hunter,strider,offroad armed, armed huron,ghosthawk,taru bench and prob more that I forgot to list.
