I don't believe that the hatchback sport will become available to all members of the Olympus community anytime soon, let alone at any point in time in the future. There is however the non-sport hatchback variant that is available to all players on the Olympus servers. From what I have seen, the non-sport variant is similar to the off-road when comparing speed. Yet the non-sport hatchback is slightly faster.
