How do you bind the voice chat lock? (talking while having phone opened)

So yea,im wondering how you bind the voice chat lock? Like you can talk while having phone opened because im struggling reading peoples charges when sending them behind the bars

Settings, where you config your keybinds, you have the option to bind it for push to talk or toggle to talk. If you haven't edited your controls pressing CAPS twice should do the trick

Ye i quit being vigi,idek why i tried,for a second it looked like fun cuz u can hear lil bitches cry when they go to jail or watch most of them DC and get their poor asses banned lmao,but its a shitty job
