So I've been searching for that a long time ago, 
Does anyone know how get ropes for the mh-9 hummingbird?
Like tactical swat ropes?

Come to think of it, civilian mohawks might be able to toss ropes as well. I honestly can't remember. :/

You have to have Heli DLC to toss ropes in some heli's.

Particular Heli's can toss ropes, in some cases they are glitched while others they are not.
