(Players name) Target

Ive seen this pop up on my map of my name saying "Bostons target" what does that mean?

Its when someone double clicks on the map in sidechat, it leaves a mark that people can see, if you switch to vehicle chat only people in your vehicle can see the one you place, group chat only people in your group can see and direct only people right around you can see
