Can't buy heli insurance?

I have tried to get heli insurance 3 times by autopiloting the heli over the insurance area, lowering it to the ground, hovering over it, etc, and nothing ever brings up a menu. The first two times i crashed after trying to get the right spot and the third time some guy drove up and blew up my helicopter. sick of this shit dude i just want insurance ive lost like 2 mil doing this

If you are trying to insure at the Kavala or Pyrgos Air Service Station, that's probably why as it is currently broken. Try going to a different one such as the one at salt flats or main air terminal. All you have to do is auto hover over it, you don't need to land.
