someone said i can sell it at gunstore, didnt see the option there or at DMV. SOS  im kinda retarded, havent played this server for a couple years and just wanna do heroine runs with my boys.

The workers protection license can be sold back to the gun store for half price. 25k I believe. Unless that option has since been removed.

unless im blind it seems the option to sell it back has gotten removed. i dont even remember buying it, guessing it was added sometime after i stopped playing arma

Replace it by going to a rebel outpost.

I think the assumption is basically that a player will always have either the rebel license, vigi license or WPL.

It is why I never get it, because it is too costly (and time consuming) to have to switch back and forth.
