Nothing in it, it is like 400m from mushroom pro. in the re spawn screen you can see if people are at mushroom processing. Already fully upgraded, and it is probably the best location.

Shine shed sold for 100m+ 

also seen offers for a shed like that for 60m but nobody trusts this kid so thats why its not selling for him
