PC Upgrades suggestions

I've been gaming for awhile I have a pretty good PC. My case is pretty old and wanted to get a whole new case but since I am going to be ripping my computer out basically, I am trying to upgrade a few things, most likely my power supply and processor, just need some good suggestions on both. 

Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor

1650 MSI Super

16 GB RAM

600w Power Supply

ROG STRIX X470-F Motherboard

Also mentioning I need another monitor, plus my current monitor is only 60HZ

Get a good ips 1080p 144hz panel at the very least

If you really want a good case I would look at popular ones like H510, corsair 4000 series, or corsair 5000 series, however these are much more expensive options, as I'm not very familiar with the budget options, let alone the newer ones

Thanks for the suggestions. Corsair cases are very clean and slick, I was planning on riding with a 4000 series mid tower. It will look great with my new setup which is basically the plan because I am moving into a new apartment.

I have a white Corsair 4000x RGB version

no complaints, very sturdy and fitting case for my set up

i Get 30c idle with a 10850k w a z73 360mm aio

max 65c gaming on like 1 core while the other run at 50ish

A white case will go great with my current set up, I have a ducky 60% all white and a glorious white mouse. 

I don't know your current keyboard is; but highly rec and ducky 60% keyboard. esp if you have a smaller desk or even a bigger desk. the compactness looks so good.

Are you playing on 4K or sum like 

try playing on normal there’s no way you get 80fps only

I questioned it for a long time and never found a solution.

You’re one of those who get the top end gaming rig for 1080p

your gpu is severely bottlenecked, especially on arma. 
I would honestly suggest getting a 1440p monitor, the ryzen cpu has nothing to do with it 

3080 isn’t even being used for 1080

What kind of monitor did you go for

I know some people are into high detail scripted gameplay on 4k

others 1440 with high refresh

or straight frames 1080p
