Add some requirements to purchase a vigi license

I'm pretty sure there's already an hour requirement. Anything else would be pointless considering the APD exists

well ive been finding that people are abusing vigi and the fact that apd lacks role play most of the time i thought there might be some more requirements for it

2 hours required on the server and the first 25 arrests you run around with a pistol, after that you get the sting which to be frank fires genuine pebbles, it then takes you 50 arrests to get a T3 vest. 

 

Sure, i agree, vigi's are aids but they already down bad enough imo

if your getting knocked around by 9m pistols & stings you have bigger problems then vigis.
