House will need to be restricted as it's inside a red zone and was probably missed by whoever designed the rebel, so recommend just selling it back to the market before next hotfix/update.  (;

Yeah, sometimes things are missed sometimes designers can be goobers, this wasn't a case of it being known and waiting to fix it though, you kinda just ratted yourself out is all
