I am okay with the whole paying house tax but don't you get annoyed with some of these houses that never go on market because the people just log in randomly to pay their tax and that is it.

No. They pay a higher tax if they only log on only to pay taxes. At some point they are going to run out of money.

I guess 200% is a lot but i know of a lot of people that hold houses down and dont use them at all because they play other games and its just kinda wonks to the players  that want them to use them 

 

I guess I just wish their was a way to make them play more to make the house useful instead of useless
