How to Submit a SWAT IA : Click "Support" in the bar at the top Click on "New Request" on the right hand side then choose "SWAT Internal Affairs" in the department. Fill in all info regarding the incident. Requirements for submitting a SWAT IA Report : Report must be submitted within 7 days of the incident occuring. Dispute must be filed against the SWAT member in question. Video / Picture evidence is required for most cases. Be sure to include as much information as possible, such as : Date, Time, Names of SWAT members being reported, rule(s) they broke, etc... SWAT IAs will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the rule break. Please read the following post: 1 1 1 Link to comment
