Jet Weapons?

Does the Neophron or any other jet have any weapons whatsoever or is it only the "Armed Plane (.50 Cal)" that has weapons?

I really liked how reborn had like a dogfighting bit at the bottom of the map where it would enable the weapons on the planes. Think it would be good with some restrictions.
