I've owned two properties in the DP25 area and can confidently say it's a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I recently sold one of these houses to the highest bidder, and the buyer was extremely satisfied with his purchase. I've heard he's started a brewery and achieved great success!

This house is in a prime location only 2km from Moonshine Brewer. It is a 3C with 1500 storage. I personally use it as a respawn point because you can reach the airfield within a minute and then fly to Rebel. Therefore, I'm a bit reluctant to sell it, especially since there are no other properties available in this area.
