Losing a House i have owned for years

Not sure what is up with the new update but a house and garage i have owned in DP11 for years and kept up my taxes on i can no longer keep due to it being in a restricted area. I think this is a pretty messed up thing as i have had this house and garage for years. will the Devs be changing this back? or am i just SOL? not to mention i cant even sell the house so its a total lose on my end and cant even move everything cause all my other houses are full of stuff as well. seems like a bad change on the Devs part as its unfair to folks who have kept up on there taxes. would love to hear if this is a mistake or what is going on.

Personally, I would 100% submit a general inquiry if you haven't already just to ensure you get in touch with staff about it. I'm sure something can be worked out

Ya i put a bug report in hopin that they roll back this change as its quite dumb considering i had the house well before bank was moved there

Thats what i mean ya spend years payin the tax and what not for when they move something there ya gotta all the sudden move seems dumb to be and unfair hopin they fix it as well!

It is a known bug. If you have already lost your house, submit a comp request, and a Senior Dev or someone should be able to help you recover all your belongings.

I think the whole town is bugged rn.

Reminds me of this one time a few years back when the devs just decided to completely delete my house and garage. I got it back a few days later, but I never got my shit back that I had inside.

Hi,

We automatically restrict players from being able to buy houses around areas that would be disruptive to game play. When we moved the bank we unfortunately forgot about this, ultimately causing the unintended effect you are experiencing. I took a look into your houses in the area and they are both set to expire on July 30th which will be more than enough time for us to be able to get a fix out. Or at the very bare minimum we will be able to extend it further so they are safe

Although I have extended all houses within a weeks risk of expiry, if anyone has fears theirs will expire, please feel free to reach out to me and I will extend it.
