crashing

anyone else crash with soundmod or client mod installed? or is this just me? I dont get a crash message or anything, game just closes like once a day, then its fine the rest of the day

If you ever hear like distorted screeching sounds alt tab then tab back in. It's a know bug with the sound mod.

its not this its random, I knew about this one on my last PC but with my new one I dont ever crash with the screeching anymore

Rarely my screen will “blink” where it looks like it’s switching off then on again. Afterwards, my game will automatically close. I’m not sure what the cause is but this makes me wonder if it’s one of the mods.

Sound mod has some bugs with this, do you have the old version installed? There was a recently more updated version of the mod which I have not tested myself but maybe it will fix some of these issues.

I had a crash happen yesterday, real quite screeching and I was relatively close to the car. Also are you using profiling?

I am not using profiling, I used to though I just havent been fucked to turn it back on. Is it actually helpful?

ill check and see but im pretty sure workshop auto updates and I cant launch the game until its completed

I turned client mod off and just loaded up for the first time today so ill lyk if it fixed it

this isnt whitelisted by the server? or is there a way to get around that?

It’s almost always the sound mod causing the crashes. Hella frustrating.

We’re just now being made aware of this new JSRS mod. We would need to whitelist it like you mentioned. There’s no way around it.
