do i need team speak if so what all do i need for that

cant find anything on it and i have the app for it install just need the server for it too and the steam mods needed for it to work

You do not need to use Teamspeak at all unless you are playing on a whitelist faction (APD & R&R). All communication between players occurs with in-game communication.

Teamspeak is only needed for whitelist factions.  It is, however, useful for getting in contact with support quickly when you have easy questions like this.  They get rewarded for helping so dont be afraid to abuse it.

Alternatively, you can also use the servers discord to contact support, but they tend to be a bit slower to notice.
