so small file size for profile pictures. cant find 1 single photo that will fit the size of the request. anyone got a pic under the size of 0.5mb (The file must be smaller than 0.048828125MB.)

Paint my friend. Paste whichever picture into Paint, find the reduce size by 50%. Use said button until it's small enough. You can view my own profile pic, which is in fact, pixelly as I might have reduced it by too much.

Use Gimp. put the pic in the program, then press CTRL + SHIFT + E then change compression level to 9
