Locked New R&R Rule (Revised)

1. R&R personal, at or above the rank of Paramedic, are authorized to respond to a dispatch located within any illegal zone.
   1. Those at or above the rank of Paramedic may enter any illegal zone, to include rebels, when an active call exists within the area.
   2. EMTs may only enter illegal zones if being escorted by APD or a Paramedic or above.
   3. If APD have instructed you not to enter the area you may not do so.
   4. Responders who choose to willingly enter an illegal area to answer a call cannot be killed unless they are properly engaged.  If engaged, and advised to leave, a reasonable amount of time, at least 5 seconds, must be given to allow the medic to react and comply.  Forms of acceptable engagement include direct chat, EMS text, or warning shots at the helicopter, vehicle, or individual.
