Here's how it would work:

2 players, Ricky and Julian, drive a green SUV with yellow damaged wheels

1 player, Bubbles, drives a go-kart

Armed with rooks, dressed in closest matching civ clothes 

Accepted money making activities: moonshine, weed, gas station holdups, robbery, hostage situations

All players must go to jail at least once per server restart (preferably toward the end).

optional: Jim Lahey and Randy Bobandy with vigi licenses, Cory & Trevor (unarmed but allowed to pick weed if they're good)
