Those prices might need to be changed just a little bit "namely the RPG needs to be more than 150k most rebels can buy one, thinking 300k"

I wouldn't count on the RPG being added to any shops.

If I can't kavala scat with an MP5, I am going to be VERY sad.

It is a 9mm submachine gun so think along the lines of Sting. I wouldn't put any money on Deputies getting it either way.

The AKM is 7.62 (or one of the Ak variants is) so put that up to like 110k

It's not 7.62 it's 7.39 I think

You're a bit confused I think.

Mk18 fires the 7.62x51mm NATO round.

AKM/AK47 fires the 7.62x39mm round.

Basically they are both 7.62 mm I'm diameter but the 7.62x51 has a much larger load than a 7.62x39...basically 7.62x39 is a bigger slightly less armor  piercing 5.56
