Tyrone was actually the one filling it out.. I had to check if it was right..

The numbers are units in my area.. the checks on the left mean they arrived.. the marks on the right mean they went out..

The numbers are serial numbers

The 4 digit is the test station

The three digit is the division

The single is line

QCO2 is the test.. quality control 2
