I'm selling the 3 crater for 6.5mil. I would usually be selling it for 6 mil but because its fully upgraded it adds an extra 500k. You would get that money back after 2 full house meth runs.

Why not just open server 3 when there are peak times such as December - Jan and July - August? Then everyone can play rather than having to wait 20 mins to get in to a server.
