To clear this up.. Korea did NOT declare war on US. Korea stated that the U.S. crossed the red line which is equivalent to US declaring war on Korea.

Yes, they are saying USA did the equivalent of declaring war. North Korea did not declare war. The headlines were very very misleading. Not saying it wont happen, but as of right now, they have not declared war. Only showed how insulted they are by what US did.
