I think the whole staff dynamic is rather odd on this server. If we consider the normal model for service, the staff and seniors for the non civ factions model their behavior on what’s most beneficial for the service team member, but in every other service the need of the customer is considered paramount. I think the server feels the consequences when we see tenured players o7 for toxicity that starts with staff.

for the deputy thing, does that mean if ive been deputy and PO before but got off for inactivity that ill still have to wait the 7 days? and will my 300 hours from before carry over?
