Well if there is a group cap you can still fight but you won't have a hex honestly friends should play with there own gang more gangs to fight at least to me it is way better to fight my friends then play with them

Starting off with with max slots i think that Cops should have a max of 15 slot and here is the reasons why If there was a max group slot for Cops more cops would be active Cops would actually have to log on and get their hours if they want to stay on the APD If there is a fed or a black water or anything that concern cops Senior APD can not just mass log and make the server no fun (Dont worry higher ups could not just come in the channel and say log out they need me its whom ever is logged on first) Now group caps i think there should be a 12 person group cap and here is the reasons why (as in group cap i mean hexes you can have as many in the gang as you would like ) Currently there are two big gangs that fight cartels that is mL and plague if there was to be a group cap gangs would split in half you would have to be good to be in a good gang so you're not taking up slots Fed and black waters just like APD the gangs cant mass log on and it be 30 to 20 so every one has a fair chance to have a fun fight It would bring so many gangs to the server and split gang and bring gang life back to life and instead of pulling 4 ifrits and having 14 kids still on cap fights would be even and more people would wanna fight every day instead of saying yeah i dont wanna fight dont feel like getting shot in the back This is probably gonna get a lot of down votes but i think everyone should just talk about it
