@hack120 We had over four pages of comp requests and as much as we love doing comp requests we're not going to waste our time spending 30 minutes on each ticket if people fail to put in the proper evidence that we ask for. Maybe if you stopped thinking about yourself you would understand that other people also needed their tickets reviewed.
