Any way for me to use make it so that helicopters I use in the eden editor would behave the same way as tier two maneuverability helicopters in Olympus Servers?

As stated, viggies can't just go buy a tazer, or at least not an effective one. It requires a large time investment to gain access to effective gear, especially when they'll likely be fighting against full kit rebels in the scenario you've mentioned.

The same can happen if an enemy gang member has a cop tazer. Viggies have to work hard and invest time to gain access to effective tazers, and have solid reasons to avoid such gunfights, as the arrival of the APD can cancel out that investment. All civvies have to do is 3 to 1 a cop...

I don't think they're abused, but they probably are the least fun part of Olympus servers. They suck on civ because they rob and jail you. They suck on medic because they supress gunfights with tazers, preventing revives. And they suck for cops because they nab bounties. It's only fun for viggies. Though I don't think they should be fully removed, and don't really have a solid solution to the problem.

Probably the best option is to prevent viggies from being allowed to rob. While there are certain scenarios in which it would limit them, overall I think it makes sense. If that's too extreme however, they shouldn't be able to pay off their bounties in such a manner.

So technically, you could shoot out someones tires without engaging, as long as you properly engaged them before killing them, and it would still be within the rules? This is how I've seen it done before, and how I've done it myself. You can shoot out someones tires to prevent escape, but you cannot kill them until you've given them a "hands up or die," even if they're shooting at you. -
It's such a big deal cause you're a total gay boy and right now you think it's cool, but in 2 years you'll look back on it and realize how weird and cringe worthy it was. And then you'll cringe at how weird young you was. Nerd.

I don't know how viable this would be from a modding standpoint, or how much work it would be, but something I think would be really nice to see would be customizable gang permissions. Again, I don't know how limited the system is by modding, but the perms as they are right now are a bit messy. It'd be nice if gang leaders could change them to suit their needs, instead of being limited in game by the preset system.
