You do not lose your rebel license for being arrested, the only way to lose it is to buy a vigilante license. You cant have both at the same time unfortunately. Also ticketing someone does not affect any licenses, unless your weapons are seized in which case you lose your weapons, license and any illegal items on you.

Shadowplay needs to be manually turned on for each new game you play, after that it should be always on for that game as long as NVIDIA Geforce Experience is running. The only downside is the recordings are high quality and can result in large files. My settings are currently to record audio, medium video quality, in game resolution at 30 fps at 5 minutes per video and the file sizes range from 400-700MB each. If space isn't an issue then you're golden. -
