I think APD has forgotten that they are NOT a gang but a whitelisted role, which is supposed to bring at least a minimal form of RP to the server otherwise there would be no point. This can defiantly be brought up in the next roundtable, because for the amount of FTO and SAPD that was there they should know better and the handbook needs to reflect that.
